Contact and reporting

People Map is operated by JK BUTTERFLY LLC. Our official website is peoplemapapp.com.

For help or to report a concern, email contact@peoplemapapp.com. Settings → Report in existing app versions may prefill the previous support address; use contact@peoplemapapp.com for current support.

Include your app version, device and a brief description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens or unnecessary location information.

Subscription help

Pro purchases use the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the purchasing store’s terms. Review the price and billing period before subscribing.

For missing access, open Settings → Subscriptions → Restore Purchases with the store account used to subscribe and an internet connection. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google Play.

Use Manage Subscription in the app or the relevant store link to manage or cancel renewal:

• Apple subscriptions
• Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Access after cancellation and refund eligibility follow the purchasing store’s rules and applicable law.

Account deletion

In the app, open Settings → Delete Account & Data and follow the confirmation to request deletion of your account and associated app data. Local account/settings are cleared after deletion is confirmed. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.

External account-deletion requests are not available yet. This page and the general support email are not a verified deletion-request process.

People Map terms and Google Maps

People Map is for adults 18 and older. Do not use it to stalk, harass or harm others, scrape or redistribute other users’ locations, or bypass privacy controls.

Anonymous dots do not guarantee that a person cannot be identified. Positions may be inaccurate or delayed; People Map is not an emergency or guaranteed tracking service.

People Map includes Google Maps features and content. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

The Apple standard EULA applies on iOS. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play Terms. Nothing here limits rights protected by applicable consumer law.
